Course Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other operational reasons. In such cases, enrolled students will receive full refunds or alternative course options.

6. Payment and Enrollment

Course Fees: Current course fees are displayed on our website and course materials. All prices are inese Yen unless otherwise specified. Payment is required at the time of enrollment or according to the payment schedule agreed upon.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated during the enrollment process. All payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.

Refund Policy: Refunds are provided according to our cancellation policy. Full refunds are available if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the course start date. Partial refunds may be available for cancellations made 7-13 days before the start date. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course begins.

Course Transfers: Students may request to transfer their enrollment to a different course session subject to availability and approval. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.

Late Payments: Late payment fees may apply to installment payments not received by their due dates. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of access to course materials and services.
