3.1 Educational Results Disclaimer

While we strive to provide high-quality English language education, individual learning outcomes vary based on numerous factors including personal effort, attendance, practice, and individual aptitude. We make no guarantees regarding specific proficiency levels, test scores, or learning outcomes.

3.2 Service Availability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

3.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinguaFlow Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

9. Termination and Suspension

Any failure to assert a right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
